The 1st Annual AID 4 Autism Music Festival was held May 2, 2009 at Wild Bill’s in Duluth Georgia. A Family Fun Festival was attended by families and they were treated to games and prizes, music and a live theatre performance. Our VIP Dinner showcased talent from across the globe playing Classical, Swing, Jazz and Blues. The Night Concert featured four acts ranging from Rock to R&B and two hot Country shows.

During the concert segments of a documentary film were shown: “What is Autism?” “What Causes Autism?” and “Can One Recover?” which created a great deal of new awareness in the room. People could be heard talking about autism at the bar, in the bathroom, and on their cell phones.

This is only the beginning! We plan to bring this awareness to the world, one audience at a time … one person or a thousand at a time … Until we are heard!

AUTISM CAN BE OVERCOME!!
